SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

 

Australia-Wide Express posting

We dispatch every Wednesday.

We exclusively post our macarons in our Premium Boxes.

For posting we are closing order on Tuesday midday, AWST. We dispatch boxes Wednesday by Australia Express Post.

 

Our macarons are shipped in specially-designed packaging that ensures quality and freshness. Despite this, because of macarons’ natural fragility, some cracking or breakage of the macarons may occur during transport. This will not affect the taste or quality of our products. Please, be aware that we do not take responsibility for any damage caused by Australia Post service as we are not able to affect the transportation process.

As French macarons are heat sensitive we recommend that you have someone receiving the order at the address indicated to store the macarons appropriately.

ORDER PICK-UP

​

Orders may be picked up at  138 Cambridge St, West Leederville, WA 6007.

Wednesday to Friday at 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and Saturday at 8:30 am to 1:30 pm​

RETURN POLICY

​

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Jollie Macarons does not accept returns.

 

Under certain circumstances, and on a case-by-case basis, Jollie Macarons will offer a credit or re-order.

 

If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of when your order was received. We will make every effort to make sure that you have enjoyed your Jollie Macarons experience. You may contact us by email at orders@jolliemacarons.com.au.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the delivery, shipping or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact us by email at orders@jolliemacarons.com.au immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, such requests may not be possible due to time constraints. Accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
