WHAT IS A MACARON?
Jollie Macarons specializes in artisanal French macarons. These are sandwich-like cookies made with two delicate meringue shells, made with egg whites, almond flour and sugar. They are filled with ganache or other fillings to create unique and versatile desserts.

DO YOU BAKE FROM SCRATCH?
Yes! All of our macarons are made with almond flour and some of our flavors contain other types of nuts like walnut and pecan. For that reason, we recommend those with nut allergies to not consume our macarons. If you have an allergy to a specific nut, different from almond, please let us know by placing a custom order.

DO JOLLIE MACARONS CONTAIN NUTS?
Yes! All of our macarons are made with almond flour and some of our flavors contain other types of nuts like walnut and pecan. CAN I FREEZE MY MACARONS?
Yes, they can be frozen! We recommend doing so to keep them fresh for longer! Macarons can be frozen for up to 3 months when kept in air-tight containers. Please take them out to room temperature and wait 30 minutes before consuming.

HOW LONG DO JOLLIE MACARONS STAY FRESH?
Once taking them out of the freezer (if you have frozen them), they will stay fresh outside of the fridge for 24 hours. You can keep them for up to one week in the fridge.

ARE JOLLIE MACARONS GLUTEN FREE?
Almost all of our macarons are gluten-free and are marked as such on every box. We have specified on our Flavours page the few flavors that are not gluten-free.
